Exercise changes your body, your mind, and your outlook. Exercise has been proven multiple times to greatly impact our lives in a positive manner. Yet it still happens to be a very controversial topic, because many are blind to the benefits that physical activity provides us with. One can only act on the knowledge they have obtained, which is why it’s essential to understand how a lack of physical activity inhibits us from living a life of good health and longevity. We should reach for an increase in overall physical activity because it benefits us mentally, physically, and financially.

Social wellness describes how we connect and interact with others around us. Body image plays a big role in society which explains why it has such a big impact on one’s self-esteem.
