After collecting the data, I exposed myself to a new social environment every day. My theory was that if I slowly acclimated myself to new experiences, I could desensitize myself to fear of social situations. I observed the reactions of people around me, looking for any facial expressions or body language in conversation partners that would indicate something was wrong. About halfway through my trials, this receptiveness became second nature, and my mind automatically began to search for the minor clues. This made the Daily Goals much easier, and I completed all my objectives with ease. The data from my experiments proves that one can take a massive step towards fixing isolation by being pro-active. The changes that my experiment yielded was an expanded comfort zone, an increasingly optimistic attitude, and a several actual friends. My next step is to maintain this state, and maybe work even more to expand my
