The thought of smoking marijuana and working out in the same scenario is very unlike and unheard of. Those that work out on daily bases focus their attention on either losing weight, increasing body mass, and eating healthy that the thought of marijuana is to the lease of their attention. Marijuana is categorized as a gateway drug, a substance that makes you lazy, uncoordinated, and increases appetite. So how can a substance that has the complete opposite effects enhance an athlete’s performance? It is true that many bodybuilders or weightlifters think that using it during workouts is absurd, but there are a few that accepts the idea.
