I started with myself. I picked, pulled, and dug in my brain for all of the information I knew about the importance of sleep. Most shockingly, there wasn’t a lot more that I knew about sleep besides how essential it was, the stages of it, and how we get distracted from it and I was okay with that because that means I could start off building a foundation with at least little knowledge. When researching my topic, I realized that so many people had questions about sleep. What happens while you do it? Does caffeine affect it? What should I do if I can’t sleep? Those are only a few out of the millions asked.
