The Importance Of Service Learning In Public Schools

Service learning integrates community service with instruction and teaching that will enrich the learning experience. Students are not only focused on clubs and education now a day but activities outside of school that are either mandatory or free will. It really is a trend for students to go and do service learning around there communities. This trend didn’t exist back in the day, if anything the peace core was a way to give back. Is this service necessarily good though? Service Learning is definitely helpful because having experience outside of school by not being basic really helps. When he ask this question, I realized that Service is perceived differently now. We now have reason for doing service such as not being basic, gaining experience and networking. Like in 11 reasons to try good, you might find your lover doing community service because you meet so much people. Everyone have different reasons to serve, but is it a good reason?
The feeling of goodness you get while and after you your service. Many people have a great hearts and feel at ease when seeing other people’s issues solved. This is good service that Adam Davis implies. He knows that it’s not only helping others but service is helping all of us. It brings unity in communities and a place of comfort.
