In contemporary society, the boost number of young people choose to go abroad to study. In 2025, international students will increase to 7.2 million. (Bohm, Davis, Meares, & Pearce, 2002) Because those students figure out that education abroad is more concerned about personality, and can be independent of them. However, second language learning has become one of the most serious problems for international students. Therefore, higher education provides language courses for international students who are not native-tongue. However, many students are not using the foreign languages fluently yet. According to Wong, and Looi, they think student needs “use of mobile devices as personal learning tools to synergize formal(in-class) and informal(out-of-class) language learning spaces.” (2010 p.431) The language learner not only need to learn in the class, but also need learning out-of-class. The reason why is the environment around you can influence you to study ability. For example, when you stay in your motherland, and you can communicate with other people by using your language. However, if you change the environment around you, you probably, will star learning the new language and improve your language learning ability. When you are in a strange environment, the people around you are using you do not understand the language, if you want to communicate with them, you must force yourself to learn the language. For example, the native speaker will have accent discrimination for the migrator. When you learn the language, and your pronunciation can’t as perfect as a native tongue. Sometimes you make some minor mistakes, but those who feel that their language is perfect will discriminate you. After them discrimination, you will lose confidence, thereby reducing your enthusiasm for learning the language. Also, native speaker using this way to remind others who are not the native speaker.
