Has your son or daughter spent too much time on there phone or laptop and have their eyesight been getting worse even so did you see any changes in their behavior. Especially in younger kids as the age of 1 years old don't be alarmed I have good news and bad news. The information I have found is on reliable resources and from real sites yet these are 5 sources with good amount of information on each source.
Although people believe that it is educational, screen time should be limited for children because it creates an unhealthy lifestyle and negatively impact their education. Parents believe that screen time for children is good and beneficial for their children and young teens. Especially for their young ones as age of one years old

It's still a good idea to set responsible limits for your child's screen time, especially if your child use of screen is hindering his or hers involvement in other activities. Consider these tips create a tech-free zone, keep screens out of the children bed room. This is a very good example of managing technology from your child. The bad part about it is that you have to keep doing this on a regular basis yet as a parent some of you may forget and not put too much effort. Which would cause a problem with their education. Researchers from the university of glasgow found that half of the study participants reported checking their emails.Once an hour while some individuals check up to 30 to 40 times an hour. An aol study revealed that 59 percent of the PDA users check every single time a new email arrives 83 percent check email every day on vacation. But they don't know it is harmful to them as obesity and tobacco. The fact is there and explain very well which proves to much time on phone or ipod's can lead to addiction. Problem with this many teens are already addictive to their checking the social media for updates which is a problem if you are trying to pass you high school
