Kayla was walking from her 5th period class to go to lunch. Meeting with her friend Victoria she looks at Victoria tray and notice a big oversize chicken, greasy fries, no fruit or vegetables. Kayla asked Victoria “where’s your veggies?” and “where’s your strawberry?”. Victoria had a weird look on her face as if she wanted to know why is Kayla asking these question all Victoria could say “I don’t need them and plus the school don’t gives students healthy lunch”. On that note Kayla went in line to get her lunch. Waiting in line Kayla thoughts was on why can’t the school board provides us healthy and fresh food. Something has to change students shouldn’t have starved themselves for unhealthy lunch. A solution to stop children and students from starving school board or principal can change school lunch menus so students can have more energy, healthy brain cells, and being in shape. Changing school menu can have a positive and better effect on students, teachers and parents. Students can get more energy can be a positive cost for changing school menu. Having students eat junk food almost every day can’t help students get that energy the students and children need. Students need energy to get up in morning that’s why it’s important for children to eat breakfast. people think that you can get the energy from running no food also come from energy. Children eats junk food can lead them to being tired all the time if, children are always tired how can students get their work done, how can students pass any test, quizzes, exam, and sol. Salad, fruit, water and vegetables are example of some food that can help students build their energy up. Students can get involved in class, won’t fall asleep and students will feel much better.
