I think, the way reports can be properly made are have some management team which have trusting relation with the employees and employees feel safe with them and are comfortable with team they are working, and by doing this could help them reports any issues to supervisor. By reporting any issues can help the companies and avoid human conflict which are disagreement, and argument. Also, I think no shouldn 't be uncomfortable when reporting issues which they have seen to report to their supervisor, and avoid any big issues happening in the company and save some lives. The capability management which allows to have understanding of Safety Management System. If their is team they 're the problem can be overlooks then having only one person looking into it and sometimes the person doesn 't have much time to look at it. And, this can help companies to get their work done fast or before. I believe that the inorder to have good commitment from the management then they need a team of good employees and get the things moving preparing. Also, if the companies gets the understanding of Safety Management System will allow them emerging the plans of structure. When doing this then the companies need to understand what elements have been in placed and which once are missing from it, need to analysis the gap. When analysis the gap will allows the companies to work on things which are missing and need to be completed.
