Dear City Council Member Mark Squilla,
I’m writing to you today because of my concern about the way SEPTA runs. Many philadelphia citizens take public transportation daily. We trust that the system will get us to our destination. I have seen that recently over a couple of years that people feel angered by SEPTA.
I think the anger comes from the delays, the detours, the wait time and the physical condition of the buses and trains. The buses are old and do not run very fast at times. The condition of the interior of the bus is questionable with seats being dirty and stained. Sometime there are delays that occur while there are people on the train or bus. In 2015, it said that one in five trains are late. Those trains are expected to come on
