Many people say that romantic relationship between students and faculty is not appropriate. School environment is considered strictly for educational purpose, and prohibit behavior and conduct that will disrupt student learning. For this reason, many campuses have adopted rules that prohibit students and faculty to date ignoring the right to love who they loved. One aspect to consider is that this relation should not be based on a personal interest. For example a student who dates their professor because they want a good grade is considered like fraud or cheating. There some young faculty staff who are still who have not meet the woman of their life and should be given the opportunity to search even among the students they are teaching. There are many cases where a professor dated a student and the relationship works well and they end up getting married and having children. A strict bane of relationship between the professor and student romantic relationship can let someone missed the right partner of their life. At the same time, allowing date between faculty and student may set an example for student to do the same and the school environment can be compare to a romantic beach where lovers are kissing and flirting because the school code of conduct allows date. This type of school environment is deviated from its main purpose which will affect the school and student’s reputation therefore lowers the school rating.
