In school, showing respect to staff and students encourages them to portray their own ideas by creating an open, comfortable environment. By showing respect in school, you can encourage kindness and honor, instilling the worth and enhancing the self-esteem of every student.
My parents talk about core values at work to me and my brother and one of these values is respect. Then I researched other companies and found that respect was one of their core values, indicating that even corporate America believes in the significance of respect.
