I think we need to be respectful because of the saying “Treat others how you want to be treated”. The reason for that is if you are mean to someone the odds are that they won’t be as nice if they are nice to you at all. Were if you treat them as respectfully as you want to be treated odds are that they will be more respectful to you. Now one of the reasons we need to be more respectful to a sub is they are the teacher and the teacher who needs the sub should not have to worry about if their class is not being respectful to the sub. Also when the sub leaves she should be able to say that she would want to do it again and not think about how disrespectful that class was, because if you have a sub and the sub found that one period is really disrespectful the sub will be stricter on that class than on the other classes. It is kind of like a restaurant, because if you go to a restaurant and the waiter or server is disrespectful you might not want to go to that restaurant again or you just might be picker when you go to that
