The State of Florida, I believe the government has no right to impede on Sultaana right to where a religious garment. The foundation of the United States is to provide freedom to all religions and beliefs. When the government is given the power to prevent a religion from exercising their religion, it does not just bring danger to that particular group of people being persecuted but to the nation as a whole. If we all agree that, it is not legal for a Muslim to wear religious garb because it is threat to our national security what is stopping the government next law from being that the Muslim people cannot congregate and pray because having to many Muslims in the same area is a danger to society. Ask anyone where they were what they were doing and memories will come flooding in. the question is what is too much when is too much. When is the first amendment broken? A mother driving her children to soccer practice with religious garb on her head should be allowed the freedom live her life as she sees fit. The majority of the population may not understand the laws of other religions. When we make everyone fit in to check certain boxes that is when we run in to problems as a nation. As long individuals are not harming anyone, basic exceptions can be made to accommodate religion. This is an important lesson to learn from history.
