I follow this religion because I believe it is the right thing to do for myself. I have had several personal encounters that have left me wondering about everything that goes on within me. I believe that it is a true experience and that it cannot be replicated any other way other than to be close to the presence of the holy spirt. At first when I was young I did not know what was going on, I would look at many people and wonder what is wrong with them why are they acting different. These events usually happened when people that came from other areas of the world came to talk about god. I eventually coped with everything that was going on and began to try it myself even though I knew that it was a strange thing for me. When I became “touched” by the Holy Spirit many people react different, some speak in tongues and others fall to the ground. I was one of the ones that fell to the ground and all I could think about was why. I tried this several times and I kept wondering what was happening to me. I could not find any other explanation that to believe in what was happening and that is why I believed and began to follow this religion. I believe that there is something out there that is close to the people of this planet, something that is watching us all and I believe what the people say that one day the son of god will one day come back to this
