Most people don’t know how important proper recovery is after extensive physical activity. When the body is pushed to the limits training and trying to strengthen muscles, they need to recover, to be able to eliminate soreness and get back to training faster, and see more results in less time. This can apply to anyone and everyone. If someone is just getting into working out or is very experienced, proper recovery can benefit all shapes and sizes because your body needs to recover, there is no way around it. After physical activity your body is exhausted, the tips and techniques I’m going to talk about can lead to a faster and more beneficial recovery. The future of this topic is very bright because more and more people have come to know how important recovery is. Products like compression sleeves and supplements are making their way into the market and becoming a booming industry. Previous to 2010 there is very little information on the topic. Physical therapy does not have a set price, they charge you how much and what they need to do. Physical Therapy is beneficial in countless way from getting rid of bad backs to helping with Dementia patients, but all of this come at a price. Per session physical therapy can cost anywhere between $50-$350. It is hard to finding pricing because it isn’t the same for everyone. The prices provided are from Steadman Hawkins. Steadman Hawkins is a top of the line physical therapy and rehab for a broken clavicle is $125 per session. The price of PT could possibly make access limited. There are also workout plans that run around the motto “days of are days lost.” A specific workout plan has not been found because the only thing that comes up is 100% against it.
