Communication is a procedure involving two parties i.e. communicators, by which both parties come to share ideas and new information by mutual understanding. No matter what the distance is communication is a way of connecting people through the platform of different types of communication channels According to the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK), project communication management is “the knowledge area that employs the process required to ensure timely and appropriate generation collection distribution storage retrieval and ultimate disposition of project information”.
