He is a leader who led by example; his educational background and work experiences has given him the knowledge to be an effective leader. He is very enthusiastic about leadership activities, and has the ability to communication effectively with his followers. He ensures that the required standards of professionalism are observed. He is committed and motivated and those skills can be seen by his followers. Michelle Lee. There are many character and leadership traits that I admire in Ms. Lee. She is a young woman in her thirties, a divorcee raising two boys. She was born and raised in Miami Florida by Jamaican immirgants and move to the Atlanta area to complete her studies. She holds and Master’s degree in Technology Management and is completing a master degree in Pharmaceutical. Ms. Lee is what I consider a go getter, she lets nothing get in her way.
