Unfortunately, there have been several incidents on his squad that resulted in crew clock resets. Eliminating these deficiencies requires more oversight from Patterson and his supervisory staff. In the future encourage your shift supervisors to spend more time in the field vigilantly looking for any and all instances where procedures are not being followed as designed. This will hopefully eliminate procedural non-compliance issues, thus preventing crew clock resets. Work on your delivery methods to provide the correct communications when engaging your squad members, peers, and site personnel.
