But do you know that there are around 8,300 students who dropout of school every day? This really shows that there are still a lot of students that lack interest in education. On the other hand, education is really important. Every people in this world have their own dreams, and school is one of the important steps to reach it. Teachers play an important role for every student dreams. Teachers are committed to challenge all the students to reach their goals. Other than that, teacher should know the aspects of society, so every student can be succeed through the education that provided to them. This system can make students easily bored and not interested with the specific subject or topic. Doing “The Banking Concept” was only a waste of time and also money, because it was not effective. Today, there are to many distractions for students to studies. Therefore, teachers have bigger responsibilities to make students want to study and understand what is the study about. From my past experience in Indonesia, I think teachers in Indonesia still adopt “The Banking Concept.” Education is really important for every people, so all teachers should find a way to attract the student to come to their class and understand about the topic. By being interactive, teacher can engage the students to learn and the students will get involve in every activity that the teachers give.
