Lastly, I expected the rate of poverty in Philadelphia to be higher than Beverly Hills. I believe poverty is a mixture of everything. So it comes down the family, then goes on to education, which explains their level of income. However, there are many possibilities of why someone could be living in poverty, but one of the social forces is the amount of possibilities. In Philadelphia, you either make it out your circumstances by school, basketball, being some type of entertainment such as being a rapper or a comedian. These are most of the possibilities children see because it’s the easiest way to make money and seems like the most enjoyable.
