There might be many reasons why a country such as Ethiopia is considered as one of the poorest country in the world. The main reasons are under development and the geographical features which affects the agriculture and the unemployment. Why do these factors influence the poverty in Ethiopia and what else effects it?

The women have less rights, although they represent 49.8%. They can get access to land, credit and other productive resources only with many difficulties. They are also poorer than men, are generally poorer than men because they earn less money, they are less educated and they have no decision making power. Because of these the country has less labour force. Many women leave their homes to run away from forced marriages, divorce loss of family or similar situations. As they leave they don`t have many chances to start a new life, because they are not educated and the laws are against them. In my opinion if the women would have more rights their work would bring many benefits for the country, because it would have more workers, if they would get higher wages the families would be able to buy more food and investigate more into their farms. If the income for the people would increase the government would receive more money and it would be able to build schools, industries or
