“Your attitude is like a box of crayons that color your world. Constantly color your picture gray, and your picture will always be bleak. Try adding some bright colors to the picture by including humor, and your picture begins to lighten up.” [Allen Klein] To follow this quote, we create our world by making the choices every day. We have to face the obstacles and decide about our life. It’s all depends on us how we look at things. We can pick ‘’some bright colors” and make our “picture” more cheerful and fulfill in good vibrations. If we meet with this decision about happy life and we start to think positive, we will attract only right things into our life. It means that, if we have a depressing thought, we will create a chemistry of depression. Also, the scientists say, if we focus on negative emotions, anger and stress we prevent our brains from seeing other options that surround us. Positive thinking can really change our brains. This term is called neuroplasticity. If we will regularly practice the positive thinking, we can rewire our brains to stimulate positive feelings. It is a process what we can learn. It is existing some simple exercises what we can practice. One of them is in every night before we go to sleep, think about at least one positive thing we are grateful. It can be a dinner prepared special for us, a new pair of shoes or as easy as someone’s smile for us. If we will have the worst day, something did not go how we expected and we will fell a little bit down, we can try to use one easy role: rename, re-frame, and redirect. When the worry begins we have to stop it and then rename it by reminding ourselves that this worry did not exist. The next step is to re-frame our thoughts to think on positive way. The last thing to do is to redirect our actions. It means do something for fun, what make us happier. People who think negative may often be more likely to smoke or drink an alcohol. They also might be less likely to be physically active. All that things can risk our health. Our thoughts and emotions play a role in some process like metabolism and immune function inside our body. The theory says that, if we are stressed the cortisol level increase and our immune system stop working properly which can lead to any disease. The medical experiment has been proving that, the mind can heal the body. “The placebo effect” is the tendency to believe that any fake treatment or medication might improve patient condition because that it will be helpful. In this health aspect, positive believes can help the body heal
