Portfolios open many samples from assessment windows. Children are involved in selection and reflection of items that are appropriate to their development and item of consideration. Portfolios contain information that is common to all the children in a group as well that which is unique to each individual child. Portfolios is an ongoing assessment that is not a static report, grades, or scores.
