Exposure to something unknown can affect everyone in a different way, but videogames give power that people would never obtain otherwise. Playing League of Legends has become an extremely common activity of my life since I began playing what seems like decades ago, but in actuality has been only two years. League of Legends is more than a game, with regular people getting paid as much, if not more, than athletes in the NFL, NBA, NHL, FIFA, and etc. I logged on and was almost immediately invited to a game by my friend Bryce and his cousin Krél. Krél made it obvious that he had no knowledge of the character he was playing. This is the game I would never forget, as I saw one of my friends report a member of his family, despite the knowledge that this “game” was over. We could probably all joke afterwards about it, saying “oh man I was the best person on our team,” but in League of Legends that never was the case. In League of Legends, it never feels like a game unless you win, it never feels like a game unless you do better than everyone else on your team, and make everyone else look bad, it never feels like a game, but it …show more content…
Its reasons like this I come back to this game because I want to improve from what I did the previous time, I wont to prove that in this even playing ground, only people that are as good as I am can be paired with me, or people like me, and only I can decide whether or not I am truly a good player or a great player in the eyes of the people around
