Next, perseverance people succeed where more intelligent and talented people fail. Besides that, persevering people view seatbacks or problems as learning experience. Problem allows them to explore other possibilities and new opportunities to become better and successful. Next, perseverance also allows a person to able to bear difficulties calmly without complaint. Lastly, people will keep trying again and again.

Three components of ethical intelligence are moral awareness, ethical reflection skills and moral imagination. Moral awareness refers to the consciousness about one’s own values, norms and interests, and those of one’s organization and other related parties, such as stakeholders. It also involves the ability to express these values, norms and interest in proper ways and to discriminate respectfully among one’s own and others.
Next are ethical reflection skills. It involves self-reflection and the ability to participate in moral discourse in order to understand the case and consequences of diverse and conflicting values and to distinguish which is legitimate and which is not.
Lastly is moral imagination. It is the ability to see alternative possible solutions to complex ethical dilemmas and the potential help and harm that would possibly come out of a given situation. Moral imagination improves moral reasoning through the promotion of novel alternatives it is about putting ourselves into the shoes of the various stakeholders, in order to arrive at a mutually beneficial
