One trust in people can let him or her do things for others without thinking of the repercussion or believe whatever that person says. One day Marji told Markus they should go and participate in a demonstration against the president of the country at time. Markus then told Marji that the president was elected and there was no need for them to demonstrate against him. Marji agreed and when she went to the usual place where she meets her friend to drink and discuss politics, her friends told her that the president has moved the country from socialism to Nazism she believed them without questioning Like most teenagers Marji trust for her boyfriend did not make her have a second thought when the boyfriend agreed for her to go on a trip for eighteenth birthday and even did not want her to spend the night with him before going on her trip. Marji overslept and missed her train therefore she decided to surprise her boyfriend by going to his house with a breakfast of " croissant". Marji trust her boyfriend and never thought he would have anything to do with another girl in her absence. Marji had the shock of her life when she went to Markus house and found him in bed with another girl.
In conclusion, Teenage and Peer pressure should have been the title instead of “Croissant” because the story is mainly about a teenage girl who was living on her own in another country and couldn’t withstand peer pressure and the problems she
