Is paying college athletes worth it? “I honestly think college athletes should be paid, because they put hard work and dedication into everything they do on the field.” Every college student athlete has a lot of pressure upon them during school, then showing up for practice giving coaches 100% each day it’s a rush and adrenaline pump. If college students were getting paid during on and off season like the NFL I think college would have more graduates, then dropouts and even colleges that loose would come on top of winning if they paid the students to play that would be a great opportunity.
