To my knowledge at (CCC) there has been different incident where staffs are lacking, when it comes to being professional and recently we have been working on fixing each issue. This time our focus is going to be on how well are taking care of our patients and are they satisfied with our customer service. Living in an area where there is a lot of homeless or solicitation around the building can cause people to not want to visit clinics. Luckily we are in an area where we don’t have to worry about those type of issue, yet sanitation is an issue every clinic and hospitals has to deal with it. No matter how hard we advise our staff to wash their hands or keep areas clean an infection seems to breakout, so it is our duty to have a list of requirements to look at before and after we close so that way when patients come to our clinic everything is
