There are various strategies through which multi-disciplinary working relationships can be enhanced. These includes good communication, information sharing, dedicated resources and time, effective management and leadership, commitment from staff, collaboration, and partnership with children and their families. These are some of the common strategies that need to be followed by the early year’s children school in order to maintain and enhance effective multi-disciplinary working relationship. For instance, through good communication and information sharing, the teachers would be able to give feedback of particular child, which would turn out to be beneficial for the children. Through good communication, the teacher would be able to provide feedback due to which child would improve their education.
