Participative management is the style of management in which the manager is responsible to share important information with the personnel and encourages them to participate in decision-making process. In order to implement participative management style, it is important for the management to make sure that the employees have the ability to participate in the decision making process of the school. Moreover, the culture of the early year children school must be efficient enough to support the approach so that management is able to make decisions effectively. There are various strategies through which multi-disciplinary working relationships can be enhanced. These includes good communication, information sharing, dedicated resources and time, effective management and leadership, commitment from staff, collaboration, and partnership with children and their families. These are some of the common strategies that need to be followed by the early year’s children school in order to maintain and enhance effective multi-disciplinary working relationship. For instance, through good communication and information sharing, the teachers would be able to give feedback of particular child, which would turn out to be beneficial for the children. Through good communication, the teacher would be able to provide feedback due to which child would improve their education. This depicts the fact that all these strategies are the effective means of promoting multidisciplinary working relationships because teachers and management would be able to interact with each other towards a common goal. Moreover, with the help of these strategies the management would be able to promote their common goal that is to support early year’s children in terms of education and care (Singhal & Rogers, 2012; Lodico, et al., …show more content…
For that reason, most of the early year’s children schools are quite keen to use multimedia within the classroom that requires finance to work effectively.

It is concluded based on the discussion that in order to manage business resources in the early year’s children schools different aspects has to be considered. Various management principles, theories, and styles are there that needs to be considered by the school in order to ensure achievement of their goals and objectives.
