Evident factors which may influence parents’ beliefs include the child’s current age and gender, also the parental level of education (Graf et al., 2014; Harding et al., 2016; Mosco & Atzaba-Poria, 2016). In the study which done by Mosco and Atzaba-Poria (2016), these fathers who had a higher level of contact with Israeli Jewish culture didn’t show preference in choosing individualistic socialization goals. This provides researchers the hypothesis that these differences among the maternal socialization goals and the paternal socialization goals could be the result of unnoticed cultural heritage. Current researches limited as they examined specific cultures and certain ages only. The relationships between childhood obesity and environment factors should be extended to include all ages. Longitudinal future research is suggested to examine the causes in depth. Although a significant amount of research has been done in this field, it is very scattered and there are various gaps. It is true when study how children’s disabilities affect parents’ parenting technique, individual researchers examined certain cultures, also children in different age groups. However, none of these studies are longitudinal and do not examine how these differences vary at different ages.
