Instead of people coming out at night time to draw the walls of Los Angeles there should be a place like a decent size parking lot or a gated area in which everyone who wants to draw can just go at any time of the day and start drawing without it being a bad thing to do. Like Tobar Hector mentions in “Curation In L.A. Street Art,” “Some of it is wonderful and transcendent. And just about all of it is illegal.” That is true what Tobar is saying because drawing and painting on walls that belong to companies and businesses are illegal and especially because someone is doing it without the permission that is wanted. People who draw in the walls at night can make a simple mistake like put a skull or something that has to do with death, and because of that a gang can see that drawing and assume that a rival gang came and drew a death wish to the gang. This is why a lot of the neighborhood people are against drawing or painting on the walls close to their homes, because they just never know when gang members could get mad and try to attack whoever they see and that does not benefit anyone that lives in those neighborhoods.
