Agriculture is a practice of farming where it grows crops and nurture animals to provide food, wool, and other good products. The agricultural production is the main source for developing countries currency where those countries need to buy necessary machines and equipment for manufacture of agriculture. One of the most important crops in Asia agriculture production is the “miracle and amazing” rice that has been expanding for generation. It is also the amount of resistance to blood flow in the person arteries. High blood pressure is defines as the force of the blood against the artery wall. Arteries are vessels that carry blood to all the tissues and organs of the entire body which also called as the heart pumps blood. If the force of the blood against the person artery walls is high enough, then it might have a bad effect for the health, such as heart disease or heart stroke. As blood flow through the body daily, it exerts stress on the blood vessel walls. This creates an effect known as blood pressure. High blood pressure is a common condition usually has no sign of symptom. With uncontrolled high blood pressure it wills a high risk of health problems. The person can have high blood pressure for years without releasing it. A high blood pressure is also called as hypertension occurs when the person blood moves through the arteries at a higher pressure than normal. Over many years, high blood pressure is a generally illness, and it can affect nearly everyone eventually. “About 1 of 3 U.S. adults—or about 70 million people—have high blood pressure (cdc.gov 2015).” Fortunately, high blood pressure can be detected really easy today. Vietnamese meals usually emphasize rice, vegetables, fish, meat, and cooking method frequently involve with stir- frying and steaming. Rice is always the main staple in mostly every meal. For Vietnamese adults, all three meals of the day may consist of steamed rice with side dishes of vegetables or fish or meat. In addition, it seems like Vietnamese people eating lifestyle is healthy with means high blood pressure rate is not high on Vietnamese people. “By prevention, they generally mean taking care of oneself through exercise, proper diet, and sufficient sleep. The notion of prevention relates to living a good life (National Heart, Lung, & Blood Institute, 2003, p.6.).” There is a Vietnamese belief that bad health or illness is just part of density or one’s fate. Vietnamese people believe that illness foreshadows negative fortune or bad luck. Vietnamese people do not want to admit that they are sick, or they do not want get regular checkups usually.
