During the past years, we’ve witnessed a tremendous growth in the health crisis, technology, but also the education along with skills that is needed to compete with these technological and well being of these growths. Meanwhile, as comprehensive as the need for healthcare is being overhauled through the years, a claim can be made on the topic of “Nursing” as being one of the most important. As important as health is, not only to the sustainment of our species, but also, it only makes logical sense to not only educate the practitioners of the profession, but also increase the need for advancement in the education being delivered.

With that in mind, Nurses are given different educational pathways, employer initiative and accelerated programs to achieve higher degree. Physicians, nurses and other governing boards should collaborate together to formulate plans on how care is going to be provided for patient health, well being and quality outcomes. The evidence base practice of data collection should be emplacing, the underlying framework of organizational needs and operational needs to meet the health care demand. Educated competent nurses have been called to improve the more complex health environment, to attain the requisites needed to deliver highly quality patient care for both primary care providers, nursing researchers and faculty members. The competencies of the highly educated nurses with critical thinking skills, leadership roles, health policies, system improvement and use of evidence base practice, along with technology, will be shifting to improve the complex health crisis not only with in the acute care setting to broader communities of public health to include geriatrics and hospital, Thus, decreasing patient mortality rates, hospital readmission rate, acute illness reoccurrence and decrease disease advancement with quality patient …show more content…
