The Importance Of My Personal Computer

Decent Essays
The piece of technology that I could not live without would be my personal computer. Whether it’s for simple daily tasks like checking my bank account in my pajamas without leaving the house or more complicated things such as doing research on places I would like to see and the food I would like to eat on vacation, my personal computer makes my life so much easier to figure out what I need to do. If it weren’t for the internet I would never be able to watch all the British and other non-American media that I have been able to see over the years. We can’t deny that technology has advanced and helped our world in positive ways. Technology has made an impact in medical fields, schools, and our everyday lives. If technology hadn’t advanced so much, we wouldn’t have cat scans in hospitals, smart boards in school, or even phones that last a while under water. Technology is very exciting because it involves a variety of people working together to create new inventions. My favorite thing about working with others as a team is that we all have ideas to share.…

I, Katheryn Satterfield, was asked to choose a piece of technology I would write a love letter to, but I live in the 21 century the age of technology! There in lies the problem how can I choose? Between Alarm clocks that shake’s a persons bed and a computer that can show you the ugliness of humanity.
