Personal Statement: A Perfect Life

Throughout life has showed me what is valuable and what is not. It’s not about the things that we don’t have. It’s about the valuable possessions that we have that can’t be replaced. Money comes in handy all the time but at the same time you can’t replace happiness or buy love. I have learned how to care about others and think of ways that I can assist those that need it. I’m working on a degree which helps children. I want to work hard for everything that I want to have. I want to achieve my goals so, that I can build somewhat of a “perfect” life with my family and children. If I could paint my own world, I would do it and I would make sure it was a good one. If you could paint your own world how would you paint it?
If you had all the money in the world what would you do with it? If I had that opportunity I would donate it to charities. With some of the money I would help the families that children that suffer from cancer. I would also build schools in third world countries. I would visit those countries to provide children with food, water and other resources. I grew up in Guatemala which is a poor country. Coming to the United States has showed me that as long as you dream and you work hard you can make something out of yourself. Nowadays people have lost the motivation to work hard for what they want. Instead they rely on others to provide for them. However, if you want a nice car, house, significant other or money you have to work for all that. I want to foster children, marry the love of my life, have a nice car and donate money to charities and I know what I have to do to get all of this accomplish. My world might not be perfect right now but I know how to paint my own perfect world if I had all the resources that I need. Do
