1.0 Why is it so important?
People are naturally attracted to music. We love music so much and that we can find music everywhere and in everything we do. Music is so universal that in fact, it can bring people together regardless of their age, races, religion and where they are from without the present of language.
Children, too begin to respond to sound when they are in their mother’s womb. Even parents would sing a soothing lullaby to a fussy baby in order to calm them down. As young children, we play, dance and sing with countless nursery rhymes. As an adolescent, we get connected to the beat of popular music artists worldwide.

Learning process that involve musical activities develop children awareness on sounds that may help them later on with phonological awareness that relates to sounds found in speech (Activities to develop speech and language skills, 2015).
2. Music enhances physical development.
Students in lessons with music are more active. Furthermore, using music throughout an activity will increase the physical activity. (Barney, D.,& Prusak, K. A. (2015). In music infused lesson, teacher can ask their students to do many movement according to the beat of the music such as dancing, play easy musical instruments or use body percussion. These will indeed improve their coordination skills such as hand-eye coordination which can be improved when they continually practice playing musical instruments.
Movements and physical activities need to be daily components of learning in all early childhood programs and elementary schools. Children learn by doing, so find ways for children to experience all content areas in the curriculum in a physical way. (Taylor, S., Morris, V., & Cordeau-Young, C.,
