Also, I learned that research is the meat and potatoes of any writing assignment. When doing your research it is necessary to ensure that it is creditable information that you are gathering. If you use any information found without checking if it is creditable can send you in the wrong direction for your writing assignments. That was by far the best lesson that I could have learned during this course. I was like many that believed most of what I read online when doing research, but know I look into the credibility of what I am reading more often. Not to say that I was ignorant to believe everything I read online. Lastly, I learned to wallow in complexity; to understand that not all things I research will have a definitive answer, but can have a collection of ideas that does not completely answer my question. Instead, it leads me to a good conclusion to be further researched and developed in time, possibly by a future student
