With that being said when someone gets sick there is a good chance they will not be able to afford the doctor or medicine they need to recover from illnesses. Secondly, the low level of education that most villagers have is slim to none. Without basic education to help the people understand these illnesses they will spread to one another like wildfire. For instance, there was the outbreak of Ebola in Africa and many people died because of the lack of knowledge of caring for this disease. Thirdly, lack of fresh drinking water also contributes too many illnesses in Rwanda.
