The new millennium introduces a new component in the heart of the life of the organization, the customer. Customers are the leaders of organizations. In the US there is a new management model which is combining all the work done around the customer and based health road in diagnosis. Its objective It is to meet the demand for treatment in due time, in addition to the approach to customer centralization. One principle is that customers are best observers of his life and, therefore, their opinions should already affect all stages of planning. A very good and clear evidence is in the chain alternate service for patients where experts have drawn a detailed guide and a letter of procedure for treatment. The organization of TM aims to make best achievements by reducing pressure & help complete work faster with lesser effort & lesser stress, as also develop the personal attitudes towards TM. An individual is responsible for organizing TM according to needs. Nursing professionals and managers working in healthcare work environments having high work overloads need to develop efficient management and leadership skills. Among these skills the most important is development of their time management behavior. It is associated with qualitative performance promotion and application to reduce or eliminate a lot of daily work pressure. Nurses who are able to effectively manage time can deliver better care-quality, achieve more with less stress in the management process. Persnal success is measured by spending time in endeavors in which the indiidual wants to spend time. This is true for both persaonal and work time. From the opposite view, there are serious consequences of poor TM. Most importantly, managing one’s time is managing onself. If a NL is incapable of managing herself, then it doubtful that she can manage others. Further a NL’s difficulty in managing time can result in delays of completion of projects. Consequently the entire organistion is negatively aaffected and can be immobilized. Superiors, subordinates, and peers rely of the NL to complete reports, provide information, make decisions in a timely manner. The inability to be timely on a consistent basis does not help the organization progress towards excellence and
