Self-assessment,” I got an overall score of 96 out of 100 which means I am ethical. I wasn’t surprised by my score at all. I expected a high 80’s or 90’s because I know that I am an honest person, and I rarely get in trouble. I would say that I do like to work in a mechanistic organization, where you only have to focus on your own work and just follow what your boss wants you to do. It sounds so much easier and less responsibility. But, according to what I learned about organizational structures, I would say that contemporary or organic structure is more favorable. This is because it is decentralized, adaptable, and horizontal. Everyone participates in the company’s decision making and everyone works with a common goal, for the success of the company. With teamwork, there’s more motivation and desire to work hard for the company. While a mechanistic, bureaucratic structure may lead to conflicts because it is centralized and you have less a say and is expected to follow the lead of the top

Out of the 14 leadership traits, the one I identify the most with is integrity because I find myself to be an honest person. Many people that I know say the same; I speak the truth no matter what. Integrity means complete truth and honesty. In my own words integrity means to tell the truth and not to lie unless needed.
