Overall to prevent malnutrition throughout the world one problem must be eliminated also- world hunger. However, although the solutions to end malnutrition are easy to find, the process of carrying these solutions out are much more complex. The United States offers services such as food pantries and food stamps that allow people suffering from poverty to attain bare necessities of nutrition. However, being that the United States contains only a small fraction of the world’s malnourished people, the problem remains. Temporary solutions such as feeding the poverty stricken malnourished people every so often will hardly change the situation. The only way to provide lasting solutions are to either provide surplus amounts of nutritional foods regularly or teach malnourished people how to obtain nutrients.
