Don’t you hate it when you are eating a meal, then you have to be rushed? Don’t you love it when you can be eating at a normal rate when it comes to a meal? The lunches in schools are just way too short now. There is barely any time to get your lunch, find a table, then sit down and eat it. Lunch is a very important meal of the day and it is eaten at school on a daily basis. It boosts up the students energy, lets their brains have a little break from learning and gives them energy for the rest of the day as well. But the amount of time they have to eat is probably one of the biggest problems at school.

We would have forty minutes to get in six different lines filled with 1,000+ students, find a place to eat like the tables inside, outside, floor hallway, or even the outside floor, actually eat your food, but fifteen minutes before the bell even rings you would have the security, teachers on duty, and even principles already rushing you to get out of the cafeteria or go inside to get to class. The article says students wouldn’t grab certain food groups because they know they wouldn’t finish it because the little time they had, which is true because I did it just this past school year. I would get so annoyed eating and being rushed by all the adults especially when this one security guard would always yell, super loud, in the cafeteria “Let’s go, time for class, lets’ go!” Imagine, trying to eat peacefully and then hearing someone really loud rush you to eat when the bell doesn’t even ring till another fifteen minutes. No child of any age should be rushed to
