Look Better, Feel Better, Live Better Living in the 21st Century it seems like everywhere you go there is a new product on the market that is supposed to help you lose weight or become a healthier person. The question though is which products actually work. A year ago my boyfriend asked me if I was interesting in maintaining a healthy weight and being happier with my body. Without thinking about it, my answer was yes. To get my attention, he told me that he had a product for me that could help me lose ten pounds in ten days. There is the Cleanse phase of the challenge, and there is the Max phase of the challenge (Kerns). The Cleanse phase eliminates waste from your intestinal tract and restores beneficial bacteria. The cleanse part of the challenge lasts ten days out of the twenty four.
