There is the Cleanse phase of the challenge, and there is the Max phase of the challenge (Kerns). The Cleanse phase eliminates waste from your intestinal tract and restores beneficial bacteria. The cleanse part of the challenge lasts ten days out of the twenty four. This comes with a fiber drink, Probiotic Restore™, and a herbal cleanse which helps you clean out your body of any unwanted fat, while getting the nutrients that your body still needs. These items will not work if your diet is not consistent with the foods that are on your list. You are given OmegaPlex® and AdvoCare’s Spark which are two products that you take once a day throughout the whole challenge. This product has also shown that if you take this capsule, it helps clear your skin. Even though I am no longer on the 24 day Challenge, I still use AdvoCare’s Spark® daily, and it is a main part of my everyday life. The Spark gives you energy and the focus to workout, work, or just get you through the day. The main reason that I have stuck with the Spark is because it is all vitamins which means there is nothing unhealthy about
