Problems Of Living On Mars

Waste Management, Technology, and Transportation: If we are going to be living on Mars, we are going to have to overcome many obstacles. One of the biggest obstacles we have to face is waste management. My plan is to use the waste/garbage and recreate it into electricity. We would have to burn the waste that we have, to produce steam in a boiler that is used to generate electricity. This would provide enough electricity for the population that is coming to Mars. Not only can we produce electricity, but the waste can also produce fuel. This is called waste gasification, which is a process for converting garbage into fuel such as gasoline and ethanol. We can then use the fuel for transportation around Mars and lets different machines run on the fuel as well. This would create a proficient way to get around the planet. With the dome being circular, whenever we need to move the dome can roll to where ever you want. Luckily for us, there is Martian soil on Mars. This means we can put the soil through a filter that takes the water out of the soil. This provides us with both water and soil. With these two things in mind, we are able to grow most of our food. Once we start growing food and plants, we would be able to get ecosystems, just like what we have here on Earth. We would then have an unlimited amount of food and water, as well as soil. The soil on Mars is called Martian soil. Martian soil has all of the elements capable of growing food and plants. With the water vapor being pumped into the dome, this allows cumulus clouds to be formed. Cumulus clouds are most famous for the rainstorms that happen. This provides the population of people with unlimited amount of water and allows the plants to grow
