To be or not to be.
It is a wonderful evening and you are enjoying your favorite program on TV, a commercial comes up talking about the latest product on the market to help with weight loss. You think to yourself, “hmm, I think I am a bit chunky”. The commercial ends and before the program resumes, you rush to the kitchen to get a snack. You continue watching the show and before long another commercial break, a good deal a gym is offering and you remember you were a member of the gym and decide to reactivate your membership. The next morning being a Saturday you decide to “hit” the gym. You are on the treadmill jogging, next to you are two ladies, then in walks another couple who are a bit heavier, the lady being the heaviest. At the corner of your eyes you see the two ladies giggling, you keep minding your own business but you can still hear them talk about the couple not in a good way. They are making judgments and negative talks about the couple, you cannot do anything and that’s when you decide to move away to another section for a different workout. I have worked for a school district and while going through some of the programs I realized the school district tries very hard to emphasize on healthy lifestyles. Schools encourage kids to eat healthy and be active. Healthy lifestyle doesn’t not need to start when a person is older, it is something which has to be introduced to young kids so that they can keep practicing it thought their lifetime. Living a healthy lifestyle involves not only a proper diet but also exercising on a regular basis. If people do not embrace healthy lifestyles, the world will have a reduced lifespan, which means the world population will reduce drastically and if the situation does not improve mankind might end up being
