As a child a person is taught to have fun, to live their life to their fullest and to never forget to smile. As said person grows older in life the stress of balancing school, work, friends and family begins to consume a person until it feels like they are trapped in a deep hole they can't seem to escape. By being trapped in the hole a person can lose vital hours of sleep, skip meals and most importantly of all a person can forget what having fun really means. By losing hours of sleep, skipping meals and not having fun a person can be putting their own health on the line without even realizing it.

Wake up with a Positive attitude and a bright smile. Every day is a new day and it should be started by eating a healthy breakfast to give the person the energy they need to go through the day. Give a complement to a coworker or friend, it has been a proven to show a positive correlation that exemplifies that when the day is started off right the happier the person is throughout the day. Being happy is a key element to living a healthy life, being happy reduces a person's chance at diseases such as depression, anxiety and heart disease. Aside from reducing the risk of disease being happy has also proven to strengthen bonds in relationships. When a person is happy their mood lifts and they smile more, the more a person smiles the happier they are. A person may be able to join a book club, do a sport or even exercise and make a routine that is flexible and works for their busy schedule. Having a routine or a hobby can keep a person feeling at bay and attached, it can also help them relax and step out of their comfort zone sometimes. Say a person decides to join a gym, they will be able to form new connections with the people they meet as well as relax and stay fit by working out. Joining a club or sport can help a person make friends which they can and spend their time with and enjoy their company.
