College and my personal life can be stressful. Exercising a few times a week will improve my mood, and help me reduce my stress level. I noticed that I am always tired for no reason at all. Exercising a few times a week will boost my energy level. Exercising does not have to be a consequence. I don’t do anything else other than my school work, so I could try to incorporate exercising as something I do for fun during the week.
Having an exercise routine in my life will improve my life in many ways. Exercising will reduce my risk of cardiovascular diseases. There is a history of heart disease in my family. My pap had heart problems before he passed away. My grandpa has heart problems, and my great uncle has heart problems. I know I am overweight, so exercising could help me reduce my risk of getting diabetes. According to what I was reading in our textbook, regular exercise can lower my risk for breast cancer. Having an exercise routine in my life could help me improve my mental health. I could feel happier and improve my stress.
