Going On A Creative Date With Yourself Analysis

Improved Essays
Living a creative life is sensual, juicy and exciting. Going on a creative date with yourself will rejuvenate and inspire all of your senses and open your mind. Go somewhere that feels glorious and freeing for you. Find a place where the beauty brings you to your knees and speaks directly to your soul. When you open yourself up and allow creative energies to burst and then embrace the ideas, your life will change dynamically.

You can also consider getting together with a group of friends and have a delicious, art filled, fun night. Pour some wine and design or craft together. My favorite is jewelry making parties. As you chat, sip and design, the creative sparks will start to pop. Nurture and trust those sparks so they can grow into

Flirting is allowing yourself to be YOU, all of you.

Think about that… how would you treat yourself and the world you live in, if you lived as if they were your adored lover?

It took me awhile to realize that self-love was the key to all my desires. Do you wake up and look in the mirror and just start a running negative dialogue in your head? Do you complain about the world around you and then just go about existing through the day in a numb stupor?

Your self-perception dictates what you do, how you see yourself and the world around you. Is your self-image and love for yourself mostly good or are you your own worst critic? The way you see and think about yourself has a huge impact on how you show up and how the world and others respond to you. Your future and achieving your luscious life is directly impacted by your ability to love

The main block for women to self-love is the belief that they are “not worthy.” This core belief will sabotage everything that is decadent and delicious from coming into your life. Stop feeding yourself this belief. YOU are ENOUGH! You are more than enough. Choose to focus on what is beautiful, fascinating, and unique. Remember, it is a given law of nature that what you focus on grows.

The Savor

What are you saying to yourself as you go through your day? Listen to yourself and put it through the “adored lover” test. Ask yourself, “Would I say that to my adored lover or best friend?’ If not, stop saying it yourself.

Next, come up with five things you can commit to weekly to give yourself and the world a little love. Maybe it is being better about recycling, helping an organization plant trees, smiling at yourself in the mirror and saying, “Good Morning, beautiful”, or, instead of drinking a soda out of plastic bottle, drink a nice fresh glass of water.

What is one thing you can do right now to love all of you and your life… it is time to get your flirt on!

Love is considered one of the greatest paradoxes in Christian life. Is it for good or for ill we offer our hearts to one another? As C.S. Lewis notes in The Four Loves, Saint John teaches that “God is love,” thus to love is to experience a more intimate relationship with God. However, passion left unchecked festers like a sore. “We may give our human loves the unconditional allegiance which we owe only to God.…

Aleksandra Tyzkiewicz Social Psychology 9.08.2015 INTRODUCTION Many people have been strongly attracted to someone, maybe even in love. The main problem is that these two are separated by a very thin line, as a matter of fact many people confuse attraction with love. These people believe that the feelings they have for the other person are so strong that they passed the attraction phase and walked into what is so called “love”. These feelings usually lead to relationships and this is what psychologists have been trying to explain; they say that a relationship is characterized by “love, care, commitment and intimacy” and only then it can be classified as consummate love, which means that all of these characteristics are present. This paper…

Everyone is wondering if they can really achieve self-actualization. Personally, for me, self-actualization is when a person reaches a state of being and self-awareness mentally and physically.
