When I went to the Temple Beth Shalom with my State college of Florida classmates to sit in on the Friday night service of the Shabbat. It was so amazing thing you never knew about the Jewish people or culture or anything. When I went for my religion visit I was just going to get my religion visit over with so that I can write my paper so I don’t have to do the other visit. But I was wrong it was a whole different story I learn more about the Jewish people that I never knew before. Going there we had to dress nice all the men had to wear yamka on top of their heads and then we went into their small worship center which they use when they have a small crowd then they have a larger room for their Sunday service for their larger crowd. In many religion there all different ways of celebrating and putting on the wedding and making sure, they meet your religious customs. In Judaism, there is a marriage customs and ceremonies that meet their religion. “The Jewish wedding customs and tradition bear a close resemblance to those in other oldest religion, Hinduism. The Jewish weddings ceremony is quite elaborate like the traditional Hindu wedding ceremony. Most Jewish families try to follow the traditional customs of letters” (Ph. D page 151). In the Jewish wedding, there are parts in the ceremony were the man aa tradition that you would only see at Jewish ceremonies Every religion and culture there wedding are different for example my brother is getting married to his girlfriend Sarah. They are both Christians they are getting married in a church in front of all their family in friends, they will have bridesmaid and groom’s men in their wedding then later after the wedding they will have a party where there be special music like the first dance of the married couple and the father and daughter dance. All of this is way different from the Jewish people wedding and what their ceremonies look like in their religion aspects.
